Expert Executive Sales Consultants, LLC

Our services

Three ways to fix a sales team.

Pick the one that matches your problem.

Three ways to work together. Most owners already know which one they need, because they know whether the problem is the leader, the reps, or the store.

If you are not sure, pick the closest one and say so on the call. Cane would rather move you than sell you the wrong thing.

01

Executive sales consulting

For: owners, VPs of sales, and sales managers carrying the number.

Leadership, comp plans, pipeline discipline, and the weekly meeting that decides whether the month lands. Cane works with you.

What executive consulting covers

02

Sales team training

For: teams of three to thirty reps, new or stalled.

Openers, discovery, objection handling, and closing, taught on live deals. Ride-alongs, call reviews, and a script your reps will actually use.

What training covers

03

Dealership sales operations

For: independent and franchise stores, one rooftop or several.

Inventory mix, pricing, the walk-in process, desking, and F&I. This is the work Cane does in his own two stores every week.

What dealership work covers

How pricing works

Two shapes, and you will know which before you sign anything.

A diagnostic is a fixed fee for a fixed week. A retainer is monthly, ninety days minimum, and priced on the size of the team and how many days a month Cane is with you. Training on-site is priced per engagement, by headcount.

No percentage of revenue, no commission on your deals, no equity. You get a one-page scope with the fee, the dates, and the number you are both watching.

Figures on the service pages

Starting prices. Cane quotes a fixed figure after the first call, once he knows the size of the team and how much of the work is on site. See all three packages.

Fixed fee
Diagnostic week, store review, two-day training.
Monthly retainer
Ongoing consulting and coaching, ninety days minimum.

What this is not

This is business consulting. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and you should use your own attorney and accountant for those. Sales results depend on your market, your product, your people, and how much of the plan you run after Cane leaves. Nobody here guarantees revenue.

Everything he does

Twelve things, under three headings.

The three services above are how an engagement is structured. This is the work that happens inside them.

Leading the team

  • Executive sales strategy
  • Sales management coaching
  • KPI and sales performance analysis
  • Sales team recruiting and onboarding

Training the reps

  • Sales team training
  • Closing and negotiation training
  • Sales scripts and presentations
  • One on one salesperson coaching

Fixing the process

  • Sales process development
  • Lead conversion improvement
  • Follow up systems
  • Customer retention strategies

Which of these you get depends on what the audit finds. Nobody needs all twelve.
