This site

Expert Executive Sales Consultants LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, publishes this site. The words, the video, and the crest belong to the company. Read them, quote a line with a link back, but do not republish a page or a video in full without asking.

What the site is

General information about a consulting practice. It is not advice about your specific business, and reading it does not create a consulting relationship. That starts when there is a signed scope with a fee and dates on it.

What this is not

Business consulting is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or employment law advice. Pay plans, commission structures, and termination decisions all have legal and tax consequences, and you should run them past your own attorney and accountant before you sign anything.

Results

No revenue outcome is promised anywhere on this site or in any engagement. What happens to your numbers depends on your market, your product, your pricing, your people, and how much of the plan you actually run after Cane leaves. Any figures published on this site describe pricing, not expected returns.

Confidentiality

What is said in an engagement stays in it, in both directions. Nothing about a client is published without written permission, which is why the case notes page is empty.

Fees and cancellation

Each engagement has its own scope with the fee, the term, and the notice period written on it. Retainers run ninety days minimum, then thirty days written notice. Fixed-fee work is billed on the dates in the scope. The scope governs if it disagrees with this page.

The chat and the form

Both go to Cane. Do not send anything through them that a competitor should not see, and do not send account numbers or anything covered by an NDA you have signed with somebody else. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Eastern, and messages sent outside them are read the next business morning.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the company's liability for anything arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Ohio law governs, and the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio have jurisdiction.
